Since 2007, Jimmy has brought his considerable investment acumen, strong understanding of process, and his, how-can-I-do-this-better attitude, to Meristem and Meristem’s client families.

Jimmy began his professional career in investment banking. A desire to help clients through financial transactions throughout their lives and into the generations that follow led him to Meristem. First as Client Advisor, Jimmy joined the Meristem Investments Committee in 2016. Jimmy was named Shareholder in 2020 for his dedication to Meristem and the families he serves. Jimmy takes pride in his work with visionaries and leaders and sharing his expertise in helping to achieve oftentimes complex goals.

Jimmy’s passion for serving others, uncovering solutions, and creating strategic growth opportunities are put to work internally and externally. As a member of the Meristem Investment Committee Jimmy, alongside the committee, work to develop tactical and strategic asset allocation decisions. Jimmy takes great care in influencing the client perspective each and every time firm investments are discussed at the most strategic levels.

Jimmy’s father told him early on, “The world is run by those who show up.” That mantra has followed Jimmy throughout his career and instills his personal drive to to push further ahead. In his early years, Jimmy grew up doing the hard work of manual labor where he learned grit and hustle. Also feeding his innate hustle; Jimmy’s mother owned a catering business where he learned to combine grit and hustle with exceptional service.
