Phil Strohm has worked for Meristem since 2005, advancing to his current role as a Client Advisor. He admires the distinctiveness of each individual’s story and was drawn to the Meristem model of developing partnerships with clients. Phil appreciates that each client relationship brings a unique opportunity for growth and he understands that client satisfaction means exceeding expectations.

Phil is originally from Naples, Florida and moved to Minnesota in 2002 to attend St. Olaf College. He married a fellow St. Olaf graduate and now resides in the Plymouth area. Phil enjoys being a supporter of his Alma Mater and a volunteer through the local non-profit organization Breakthrough Twin Cities. Phil and his wife, Maiken, and their son, Elliot, enjoy spending time at their family cabins in Nestor Falls, Ontario, Canada and in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
